Location:
- Massillon, Ohio
Salary:
- We offer competitive pay which ranges from $18 - $22 based on experience.
Hours:
- Massillon operates with a need for OPEN availability, there are five shifts and candidates need to be available for all five, shifts will be determined upon hiring.
Stockers operate fork lifts and keep production lines supplies with proper materials.

Job Responsibilities:
- Fabricates cardboard containers by taping bottoms and sides
- Delivers to production areas, removes filled containers, and closes by taping
- Identifies and labels finished containers
- Bands containers, loads on skids and secures to skid by banding
- Prints labels from label machine
- Required to operate pallet machine
- Keeps own work area and equipment clean and orderly
- Maintains necessary records
- Assists Packer Operator in pulling off product from line using forklift
- Repairs broken tote boxes
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- 1 Year of of related work experience and/or training
- Must pass fork lift operator test
- Prior working experience in a manufacturing setting is preferred
- Prior experience in can making is a plus
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to stand for long periods as well as work on elevated stationary platforms and withstand climate changes, especially during summer and winter months
- Must be able to work under pressure and adjust to sudden changes with work patterns or schedules
- Ability to work independently and with teams and possess good interpersonal skills
- Must be able to work 8 or 12-hour shifts, days, evenings, midnights, weekends, and overtime as business needs dictate
- Must comply all OSHA safety rules and regulations
- Must comply with Crown’s Quality and Food Safety Management Programs
